We are appealing for foodbank donations to replenish our stocks for the festive period and coming winter months.
If you’re able to add some items onto your weekly shop and drop them in to us at Unity in Community, it would be greatly appreciated and you will be helping people in need.
The Unity Foodbank provides a lifeline for some local people. Due to an increase in demand caused by the pandemic, we are very low on supplies.
It would be wonderful to include some festive treats in with our parcels this year – you could help to make someone’s Christmas.
The main items we are looking for include:
- Tinned fish, meats, soups and vegetables
- Jars of cooking sauces, jams and sandwich pastes
- Boxes of cereals and crisps
- Festive treats of any kind
- Toiletries and sanitary products
We have a convenient drop-off point at Unity in Community, 501 Endike Lane, Hull, HU6 8AQ. One of our team will be available to meet you, Monday to Friday 9:00am – 3.30pm.
Unity is an independent local charity, supporting people who live in the HU6 postcode area.
We provide a variety of services with the aim of making HU6 a great place to live!
